Free Worldwide Shipping Groove Retro offers free shipping on every order, worldwide — no minimum purchase, no exceptions.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates begin after processing is complete. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, and peak seasons may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order via the Shop app if you checked out using Shop Pay or opted in to Shop order tracking.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (international), please contact us at dolmarkmirart995@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Groove Retro is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
