Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Zero. We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on every single order, with no minimum purchase required. We believe great style shouldn't come with extra fees at checkout.

Q: How long will it take to get my order? A: Once you place an order, it takes our team 2-4 business days to process and pack it. After it leaves our hub, delivery takes 7 to 14 business days for both US and International orders.

Q: How do I track my package? A: As soon as your order ships, we will shoot you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your gear's journey straight to your door.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to be totally hyped about your gear. If it's not the right fit, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping? A: Yes. While we ship your original order to you for free, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please email our support team to start the return process and get the correct return address.

Q: How should I wash my Groove&Grit vintage tees? A: To keep the graphics crisp and the vintage wash looking authentic: always machine wash cold, turn the shirt inside out, and hang dry (or tumble dry on low). Never iron directly over the graphic print.
